Trading currencies from third-party resellers/web sites may differ, and any foreign currency amounts gazetted at this site are provided as a guide only and are subject to daily fluctuations. Equilibrium Books is not responsible for the terms and conditions, privacy practices or content of any third-party resellers/web sites.
Titles not currently in stock will be printed on demand and are usually dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Pre-ordered titles will be shipped once available.
We accept secure, online payments through PayPal (pay with a Credit or Debit card etc. - PayPal account not necessary) or via Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards worldwide. Payments may also be made with AUD$ Cheques drawn on Australian banks, and Money Orders in Australian currency only. Debit Card payments can only be made when selecting the PayPal payment method.
Refunds and royalty payments are made in Australian currency only.
Unless stated otherwise, shipping charges do not include insurance, and Equilibrium Books is unable to replace or refund any undelivered goods which aren't insured. Please Contact us if you wish to insure your order. Additional fees may apply.
Equilibrium Books will happily replace/refund any book purchased from this site that is found to be defective, provided the product in question is returned to us in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. In all other cases, a no-return policy applies. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All artwork, images and novel extracts used or displayed on this site are copyrighted to their authors and creators and cannot be used for any purpose without prior written approval of their author/creator and/or Equilibrium Books. Please ask us first.

Manuscripts submitted to Equilibrium Books are done so for review purposes only so that your work can be assessed for possible publication or book creation. By submitting a manuscript you are granting Equilibrium Books the right to review your work only. Should a manuscript not be accepted or contracted, it will be completely removed from our system and no part of its contents will be stored, passed on, or used in any way whatsoever without the express permission of its author/creator.
Purchases and Orders:
Credit card, personal and shipping information is used for billing and delivery purposes only and is not shared. Credit information is not stored once a transaction has been completed and all online transactions are transferred securely using 128 Bit SSL technology. Equilibrium Books will not sell or pass on any information submitted to us to any third party. We only use the information submitted to us for our own communication with our customers as required for the purpose of completing orders etc.
